Leave it to Kat Von D to put on her makeup in the most painterly way imaginable. The tattoo-artist-turned-makeup-artist released an awesome video on her website yesterday as part of a new daily series called Kat's Beauty Chat. In the video, she offers up her own take on the Roy Lichtenstein–inspired makeup trend (and we have to say, it would make for an epic Halloween costume). And while the technique is intricate, she breaks it down in a way that's surprisingly accessible, even for those of us who aren't professional makeup artists.
