Jeh Johnson's court appearance on immigration issue canceled

Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson will not be forced to appear in a Texas court, as previously ordered, over his department's violations of a court-ordered injunction over the issuing of employment authorization grants to immigrants.
