The Double Ponytail Rooney Mara Wore at The Screen Actors Guild Awards Is Surprisingly Easy to Create

If you haven't noticed by now, Rooney Mara is killing it in the hair department, particularly when it comes to ponytails. The actress and her hairstylist, Adir Abergel, are practically reinventing the category. For example at the Golden Globe Awards, people couldn't stop talking about Mara's double ponytail/braid hybrid. At the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts Awards last night, she walked the red carpet with a sculptural, segmented ponytail/chignon that nearly blew our minds. And tonight, the actress (who's nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role for her part in Carol) showed off another awesome ponytail look at the Screen Actors Guild Awards.
