There's an obnoxious (offensive, ridiculous, condescending) obsession with how women—particularly celebrities on the covers of certain tabloids— have miraculously gotten their "bodies back" post-pregnancy. Those in the public eye (see Kate Middleton, a prime example) are expected to look flawless pretty much immediately after giving birth, a.k.a. growing another human inside their bodies for the better part of a year, then expelling it through a notoriously exhausting and painful physical experience. And that pressure often translates to noncelebrities, too. Well, it's time to put an end to the madness—and Australian blogger Constance Hall is doing her part to make that happen. A recent selfie she posted to Instagram is inspiring mothers to come together and broadcast photos of their post-baby bods proudly—stretch marks, no makeup, and messy hair included.
